Hot water cylinder low temperature and flow diagnosis

Hello, I've noticed a significant drop in both the water flow and temperature from our low pressure 135-liter electric hot water cylinder. Despite replacing the O-rings, the issue persists. I'm seeking an experienced technician to diagnose and resolve this problem. Sorry it’s a hot water system problem, instead of an electrical issue, I have updated the subject. Thank you. - David
