Hi guys, Our gas ran out - whoops - and we've just gotten new cylinders delivered, but now the Bosch 17E High Flow unit isn't heating the water. It seems like it is struggling to ignite the pilot light, and the usual steps to ignite the pilot aren't working. Cold air blows out of the unit when running the Reset function. I can't see anywhere that I could put a flame to kick-start the pilot like in old gas stoves, so I'm stumped on how to fix it. Can someone please come take a look at this unit and see if they can fix it? I'd really like to be able to take a hot shower! I'm also aware this is an old model, so am open to discussing replacing the unit entirely.

quick communication/booking, explained what the issue was (air trapped in pipes) and fixed it right away. Advised we didn't need to replace the unit until we next needed a cylinder change and supplied an estimate for this. Super happy with the job.
