Rinnai has fire works sometimes. Often fault code 12 shortly after start up. Needs serviced. Unit was serviced last year also

Do not recommend to any one. 3 visits, unorganized, poor communication, left glass filthy and stains in carpet. Fibre cord left hanging out after he was asked to replace it after 2nd visit. Gas fire had flames coming out the front of it at one point. Annoyed I paid his invoice after first visit. Fire still doesn't run. Said he needed a 4th visit. Have had to engage another gas fitter for the works.
