Gas hob removal

We are replacing our gas hob with an induction one. We have gas hot water as well so the kitchen gas supply comes from the 45kg bottles outside. We need someone to come and disconnect the hob and seal off the hoses. When we know when this can be booked in, we will try and have the new hob installed the same day. Thanks!
