Attach 2 new LPG bottles to existing system

Hi Contact have just removed 2x45kg lpg bottles and Genesis are going to supply two more (prob tomorrow or the day after) but they said I will need a gas fitter to attach them. The system all works; it is just to make sure there is no air in the system when the new bottles are connected. The house is easy access and it is just off Rutland St in St Albans
