1. Installation of Plumbing fixtures as per plan supplied 2. Soil & wastes pipes in PVc. 3. Water to be in K2 Tubing or similar. 4. Terminal venting as per AS3S00. S. Hose taps * 2 within 1 Metre of a water source. 6. Pressure Limiting valve *1. 7. Isolating valve at entry 8. Labour to dig sewerage pipes under slab. 9. Slab pipe out for sewage only under slab. 10. Plumbing for pavilion 11. Connection of h\w boilers to service house and pool room area 12. Piping in wall for kitchenette as required but not connected 13. Piping for outside shower Gas fitting 1. Gas to be in Rifeng Tubing 2. Gas piping to Kitchen for extra-large gas oven. 3. Gas piping to gas fire only * 2. (No installation of fireplace or flue) 4. Allowance for NG meter to be located on outside wall by drive (it will need to be commercial size). S. Supply & installation of 1 * Infinity 32 Water heater,1*26 infinity,1*24 infinity supplied with 4 controllers(installed by chad) located in kitchen, ensuite, pavilion and one upstairs bathroom. 6. Allowance for one outside baynot for bbq on retaining wall Complete commissioning and certification is required
