Replace gas cooktop

Hi, I have a "600mm" to replace. Bosh unit out, and a new Midea unit to go in. I think the job is straightforward, but Looking for a professional that can handle the install in one shot, no fuss, including any little extras that may arise (If required, perhaps not required) - don't want to be told I "need the electrician" to plug it in and then "need the builder" if the bench hole needs trimming out by 3mm for example !! :-). Benchtop is standard Formica, New cooktop is in box beady to go. Thanks! Craig.
