Demolish fireplace #2

The house is currently undergoing renovations, and as part of the process, we need to demolish the fireplace. Please find the photos attached. We can keep the section of the fireplace/bricks that are under the house. However, the portion located in the room and under the roof must be removed. Are you able to also remove the chimney and repair the roof as well? Could you please let me know the price for this job? Thank you,
