Supply and install continuous flow gas hot water sytem

Remove existing electric hot water cylinder and replace with RINNAI A26LT (or similar). Ideally, we would like to install this on the first story exterior wall directly above the existing cylinder (if possible). I have attached some photos of the exterior location and inside the hot water cupboard where the pipes will need to run. The property has an existing gas supply which is suitable for running a continuous hot water heater. I am happy for gib board and shelves to be removed where necessary and I will fix these up myself latter. There are electrical outlets inside the hot water cupboard.
