Gas pipe install to link hob to external bottle

I have been cooking with a gas hob and 9kg bottle in the cupboard beside it. I need to move the gas bottle outside. Copper pipe needs to be installed. Gas hob is approx 1m from external wall (weatherboard bungalow), approx 3m more needed to reach ground level then clear the drain.
