Gasfitting - Pipe work for new gas stovetop

We need a gas pipe for a new gas stovetop (previously electric). Pipe work required from gas pipe connection (we have gas for hot water), but we are on second story so may require scaffolding (we are street level but house drops down from the road). See photo attached for current gas line running. Stovetop is located about 1.5m from window.
