Provide and install Rinnai gas heater

We currently have a non-flued natural gas heater (on bayonet gas fitting) and would like it replaced by a Rinnai 557FTR power flued heater. We want the heater positioned on an internal wall in our living room (1st floor), not external, so the flue needs to go up through the wall or under the floor.
