Just purchased property - maintenance work required now. Remove spent annuals, prune roses, trim shrubs, weed, remove or relocate some shrubs. Long term goal is to completely remodel the gardens to attract birds and to give it a more sub tropical look. Would be beneficial if you have a good grasp of botanical names [but not essential], some landscape design skills appreciated and willingness to make suggestions to improve the garden. References please. Potential to be a long term job.
