Regular garden maintenance

I want 2-4 hrs. per month for a start. Not lawn mowing. Gardening. Regular work. What I mean specifically is: general weeding, trimming back bushes to rough shape, picking up limbs of trees the wind has blown down (not cutting up big limbs or whole trees, eg not chainsaw work). I also want deadheading, dead flax leaves removed. Put all rubbish in burn pile in paddock, no need to go to dump. I also want small-medium fruit tress and 1 larger plum pruned in winter which might be extra to the regular work, although not much is growing in winter. I have 7 fruit trees (only potential thorny ones are 2 x lime and 2 x lemon). I want an hourly rate please so I can do my regular budgeting with no hassles. Note, you can take home any trimmings like rosemary you might want for home or elsewhere, you can take away excess fruit for yourself and any extra veggies we might have. If you like us and we like you this work could extend if you want it to - to rose trimming, hedge trimming, spraying weeds, vege garden a new planting, which we currently want to do ourselves but may decide to flag. That would probably make it more like 4 h per month or the odd times it would be a whole day if you're cutting hedges and having to pick up the branches. Photos attached. NB.
