Deliver and place topsoil, plant a dozen or so plants. Narrow, raised garden along fence/retaining wall. Plants will be here, already purchased by me. Topsoil collection, delivery and putting in garden plus planting is the job. No idea of the price other than cost of topsoil plus delivery.
