Fruit tree care

I have several small fruit and berries that I'm unsure how to care for properly so I need some advice and possibly assistance prunning them. They are all about 3 years old. - rasberry, blueberry, bosenberry, black berry - a sick olive tree - a dwarf cherry and dwarf pear that have got to big - a tamarillo which lost its leaves and not recovered
