Very small backyard in central Kelburn that needs ongoing maintenance. Rental property - back yard is not used, so easy access anytime. Requires hedge trimming, weeding, spraying. Some weeding has been done, so not as overgrown as the pictures, and looking for someone to take it over for me. Happy to meet anytime so you can have a better look.
