Hedge trimming and weeding

Hi, I am looking for a quote to: 1. trim our hedge especially the top as I don't have a ladder and avoid the clippings going over into the neighbour. Remove clippings. 2. remove some concrete blocks. 3. 2-3 hours of weeding behind the fence. Thanks,
