Lawn mowing - ongoing

We require someone for ongoing (but somewhat sporadic) lawn mowing. There are two very small (pocket handkerchief-sized) areas of lawn - almost flat, and with easy access (please see pics). The lawns grow really sporadically - sometimes there can be a good couple of months between mows’ - so would suit someone who is happy to be “on call” and can pop around within a week or so after being contacted. Thanks.
