An absolute ripoff. Walked through the area and discussed what is required. Matt did the least amount of work possible. This is the area that needed cleaning. He didn't sweep pathway, or deadhead agapanthus, instead of weeding as discussed, he decided to spray the area instead (the easy out). For $250 I expect a higher quality of work. After pictures below. Communication was very good, he arrived on time.
