Regular garden maintenance

I want a gardener to carry out regular monthly maintenance of garden around our house. Monthly once. The job includes lawn mowing, weed removal, trimming, edging etc for flowers, fruit plants, Vege garden beds. Spraying fungicide (Supplied by us) and fertilising (Supplied by us) all Vege beds and fruit plants. Vendor to remove any debris and maintain garden neatly. I want vendor follow strict monthly once schedule. Please quote either on job basis or on monthly basis. Job is at 103 - Kentwood drive, Woodridge, Wellington.
