Regular Monthly Garden Maintenance

I need regular (ideally monthly) garden maintenance at my property, just keeping the "grass" there tidy and as free from weeds as possible. Hour / Hour and Half of work. On the odd occasion I would want a bush or two trimmed back if thats over and above the regular cost. More than happy to pay for any extras we required
