Gorse removal

We have a steep hill on our property that has some natives and gorse on it. We've cut down the gorse on one half of this hill, but the other half needs cutting and then spraying on both sides to reduce regrowth. We would like the natives and other non-weeds kept, but the gorse, broom, and blackberry (and other weeds) removed and potentially have other natives re-planted. After cutting, we would like the plants removed from the site. Can take photos if required.
