Need garden tidied for moving out of rental

I need the lawns mowed, the garden weeded and maybe the patio sprayed or waterblasted - there is a bit of lichen growing on the bricks. Not a very big section, the property is in an apartment building. Really not sure how much this would cost, so please ignore my guess if it's way off a realistic price. I am moving out on July 26 and will be here working from home until the 20th, so if anytime before then suits you, please get in touch :)
