Re-plant mature hedge - urgent!

Hi there, I was wanting to get a hedge replanted with mature (1.5 to 2m) hedging, preferably pittosporum tenufolium or something similar. Unfortunately the gardeners that were supposed to be doing this job have not gotten back to us in 3 weeks and there is a tight time frame so we need to find someone else to do this job. The existing stumps have been removed and the site will just need some soil improvement and planting. Also we are hoping to get this done by Thursday if possible, although I realise that is a big ask! Would you be able to help us? Thanks, Terrianne
