Cut back overgrown garden

I need some vegetation cut back around a building so that we can put up scaffolding for painting. Go to 201 The Terrace in central Wellington (see photo of building). Go down the stairs by the letterboxes to the lower balcony level. I want the vegetation cut back to ground level around the perimeter of the building on the south and east side leaving about a metre free. There is no need to remove anything. It just needs someone with the right equipment to spend a few hours cutting back what's there. Whatever is cut can be left on the ground. The desired result is that I want it so that there is a metre around the building where we can walk around and erect scaffolding. On the east side there are also some vines growing up the wall of the building. I've removed some of them, but there's that little area under the carpad that needs to be covered as well. I'm not very good at estimating distances, but I would estimate that we're talking about roughly 30 metres. It should take just a few hours. There are no trees that need cutting - it's just lots of bushes. If you get there with the right equipment and you can do the job straight away, call me (David, --- ) and give me a price and, if I agree, you can do the job on the spot. Don't do it in the early morning or late at night as the noise will disturb the tenants.
