Garden refresh and maintenance

I have a relatively small section (about 350m2), with a small amount of garden space - some boxed in roses / daisies, some planting on a slope (important to prevent slippage) and a small amount of lawn. I'm looking to have some planting / basic landscaping / irrigation set up in coming months, and also to arrange ongoing garden maintenance. Note the budget I've included is for ongoing maintenance, not for the initial landscaping work - which I would expect to cost more as a one-off.
