Tree removal/ yard clearance

Currently we pride ourselves on being the house on the street that keeps the property rates down. In reality, we have no time to deal to anything and need it sorted. We have a little front garden that has been the territory of our dogs since our ownership of the house. We need removal of a large willow tree which is entering the powerlines, some rampant taupata around the property and self seeded pohutukawa. Apart from this, we need a good cleanout of an insanely overgrown doggie run and poo haven and prep for grass replanting. There is also a large pohutukawa at the top of our property needs looking at for suitability/long term ideas.
