Scope of the work: Part A. Quote for a one-off garden tidy to one part of the property including: Trimming of overhanging plants on pathway and stairs Cut back growth on steep bank Spray pathway with 30 seconds Selectively remove weeds among wild flower planting Weed garden beds around house and on first terrace Weed old vege plot, compact and sow with grass Remove all weeding material from site. (probably 4+ man hours involved) May lead to regular work every three months or so along similar lines depending on season. B.Separate quote to mow lawns every three weeks leaving grass cuttings onsite.
