Path trimming

A regular gig keeping the access path clear from overgrowth. We need to 'maintain' the path so our tenants can access the house without being attacked by branches and bushy hedges. It doesn't need to be perfect but kept tame and under control. I don't have the time or capacity to clear the growth by myself so am looking for someone who does to come in a few times a year to trim back the weeds and things, clear the cuttings and take them away.
