Help in the Jungle/on-going maintenance

I'm need some help with the jungle at the bottom of my section! It's mainly trees so would need a bit of cutting back some weeding and weed eating - there's a lot of creeper down there too. Because of access the branches/weeds can be left in a heap in my property. Once a bit of tidy up work has been done I would like someone to come in and do general tidy up work in the garden (this is soon to be a rental property and I don't want it to get out of control again). I would think this would be required every 3-4 months, at a guess. I'm keen to get some quotes so I can assess if this is an affordable option for me.
