Regular garden and property maintenance

I am needing an extra pair of hands to help with some regular garden/exterior property maintenance on a 2-3 week basis. It's not a particularly large area but does need frequent care especially while we have some young plants. Tasks would typically include: - Wedding of gardens and hedge areas - Spraying for any weeds and moss particularly in the patio area - Weeding/ looking after the lawn (these are mowed separately) and soil condition - Watering garden when not much rain especially new fruit trees, vege garden and young hedges - Pruning and trimming of hedges - Fertilizing of plants as required or any other care to ensure they grow healthy - Patio maintenance (weed and moss removal, ant nest removal, topping up sand between cracks etc)
