They fertilized once for the first time and recommended mowing regularly. ($110 fertilizer $90 mow) The mowing price is high but I found cut-off roses and broken lamps (They never warned me, just I warned them after happened). Last Wednesday it might rain so I suggested changing the day, but they cancelled my booking and said they have many clients and I might not get done for a while. So I decided to cancel the service and get a friend to help.

"This customer does not have good understanding of English. We were suggested to her by this website because she had damaged her lawn with herbicide and asked for help. The lawn seems to be improving with the steps we took. Her complaint is that we cannot agree to attend on days she wishes, and also not when raining. Lawnmowing contractors work on geographical runs, to reduce time and mileage. It is uneconomic to make special trips. She was warned about roses and lamps close to the lawn."
