Flower Garden Makeover.

I have an old flower garden that needs a makeover. Approximately 40 meters long and 2 meters wide. Three others that are much smaller might be included, depending on the cost. I would like to get quotes to remove old weed mat and get its back to it former glory. The existing plants especially the rose bushes need to be reused and new mulch put in. I would like to get a professional to give ideas and a price. Please also give us a quote on maintenance.
