Monthly gardening job - Swanson

Hi, I will be moving overseas in February and require someone to do grounds maintenance about once per month on the house that I will be renting out. My property is on a bushy section in the Waitakere foothills, cutting can be dumped on site, you will need to supply your own gardening equipment. This will be for about 3 hours per month of work required. Main jobs are as follows * Clear growth around the mailbox and driveway entry * Trim back foliage on the driveway to make sure cars can pass easily. * Trim foliage on the upper pathways surroudning the house * Trim climber plant on the sleepout * Leaf blow and pick up cabbage tree flaxes and other sticks/branches that have fallen on the driveway area and other parts of the section.
