Garden / Site clearing

Hi I have a rental in Massey that is built on the edge of a riparian zone. Council has asked that I clear the bordering area and replant. I have begun chopping down the evasive plants (bamboo ect), but am unable to remove all the debris. There is also a large amount of deadfall from the gum trees after the recent storms. This is more a clearing job with a bit more cutting. The area in total is around 4m x 7m, not huge, but it'll be a physical hands on jobbie removing green waste in a fairly tricky access site.
