Border edging and mulching required

I want to tidy up the edging / border against the hedge plants so that its easier for law mowing and to have the weed mat covered with crushed shells / stones. Backyard dimensions are approximately 8 x 2 metres. The "gravel" area (garden bed is being sold) which will be covered with dirt and lawn (also happy to consider the option of having that included in job) is 10 x 2 metres.
