Regular Gardening/Yard Maintenance Service

We are taking up management of the incorporated society at a new development on Bethell Close (off Oxford Rd, see map in photos) and I need to obtain a quote for the regular gardening/yard maintenance of the common property. The scope of works would be mowing of the lawns (front berm along Oxford Rd and the lawn area by the stormwater catchment), keeping an eye on the common area gardens and keeping them tidy and free of weeds (small garden areas on the main driveway) and generally keeping the main driveway area tidy. I’ve added some photos for reference, all of the houses themselves will have to look after their own front lawns/gardens, so it is only the areas up Bethell Close that are not inside the boundary of the individual houses. We would likely be looking at fortnightly visits over the summer months for 2x mowing of the lawns monthly, with one of these visits including any weeding of the gardens etc required, and potentially dropping to a monthly visit over winter months depending on how the lawns go
