Morning Glory eradication

I need to be rid of Morning Glory weed/vine once and for all as it chokes plants and trees. Base roots come from a dip in the garden where it drops down a couple of metres that I can't get to as I'm unsteady on my feet. It is easy to pull up as its roots are very shallow. It will probably take a days work(8hours). I can either pay by the hour or you come along , look at the job and give me a quote. I have a big garden bag to put it in which gets picked up. I need someone who knows the vine. No tools needed. Someone who is prepared to do a thorough job please. Within next few weeks would be great. May be ongoing to keep it down on a monthly basis of a couple of hours if interested. I live at Oneroa on Waiheke Island.
