Garden makeover

My elderly mother wants her garden replaced. Her section is approx 750sqm, she has a gardening plan drawn up by a local landscape gardener. The work involves removing several trees, palms, shrubs etc, and also removing a raised garden bed, a white gravel garden, and some pavers etc. It will require a digger/bobcat, access is good, although not really wide down the side of the house. The new plants that have been specified in the plan will need to be planted and a small amount of lawn resown, plus mulch spread over the whole new garden.
