General gardening , spraying

I am overseas. The service I set up has let me down. I need general weed and tidy now, fungal/insecticide spraying on apples citrus, berries mid winter into spring blossoming. I need someone who can let me know what is needed and is able to do it. I might have to be away from Jan 24to Dec 25 so it is an ongoing job. I only have email unless we can chat on FaceTime it WhatsApp.
