Tidy up of outdoor area, potential to be ongoing

Have a concrete courtyard area with planters around the edge, as well as a back path behind the house, and planted area around front entrance to house that all need a good tidy. We have been a bit slack while renovating and haven't dealt with weeds in a long time. Have also been told there is some kind of nightshade in the back path area, so need to have that removed too. Will need the person doing it to remove the green waste afterwards too. Potential to be an ongoing job to keep the garden tidy. Happy for you to come round and look at the place, it's all outdoor so no need for anyone to let you in.
