Create vege garden

Looking for someone to assemble a medium sized vege garden along a short fence line that we can then manage ourselves. I could use around a 60-70cm strip against a fence running along the fence around 6 meters. I figure there is room for two rows along the fence line. It gets a good amount of midday sun for a vege garden. We have no tools but will buy all plants & fertiliser. Looking for someone who could come with tools, dig it all up and create the garden. I am estimating maybe around 2-3 hours work? Thanks Bill
