Garden tidy up and maintenance

We have a property approximately 1400sqm with a lot of garden and hedging that is in need of a tidy up. There are a large number of roses so a good knowledge of rose care is required. After the initial tidy up, we would like someone to come regularly (every 2 to 4 weeks) for maintenance and keep the roses healthy.
