This place could do with a massive clean up and tidy of the entire garden area section to make it more workable for one person to maintain. The Gardens are well established with some well established vines growing through it as well.

Refused to come and quote the job. I told him it was big. Got to the site and realized it was bigger than he thought. Still wouldn't give a quote. Flippantly said around $7k. Asked to take a piece of wood from the job to make himself a table. No offer of payment. The bill came in over $11k. Expected payment within 7 days. Payment was coming from overseas and due to, I would say, exchange rates, was $50 short. Now is taking me to disputes tribunal to recover his $50 short payment. :(

"Said I had done smaller jobs for $7000. 4 days before finish i advised that the job was about to go over 7k. Advised that they wanted it all done so pulled staff off other jobs to complete. Terms of payment stated before starting the job. When you cut trees down you usually get paid to remove, when it's nice wood that you could use at some point you don't charge. Advised that if they want the wood back they are welcome to collect it."
