Garden tidy up

Hi, I'm looking for a gardener to help tidy up our overgrown garden. We have a front garden bed that I would like to completely pull out and start afresh as it is getting out of control (pic 1). There is some sort of a rose bush that I would like completely removed. The adjacent rose border (pic 2) and underlying bush needs to be trimmed back. Similarly in the back (pic3), there is a garden section that I would like pulled out. Weeding of the rest of the backyard (pic 4,5). All green materials to be removed please. Potential for ongoing monthly maintenance work for the right candidate.
