Help set up a new low maintenance garden

Hi there, I have a new site and have just finished the hardscaping. I am looking for someone to help me plan and plant the grasses and fruit trees. I have a good idea of what I would like to plant but need someone who knows gardening to help choose volume and the right plants for the area and help do the planting. I have a pretty small budget so looking for someone who can work with that or can spread the work out over a period of time so we do one chunk at a time. Thanks
