Gorse removal

We have a hill that is covered in about 3 metre high gorse. The area is approx 1 acre. I have been told a tractor with a gorse cutter is the most effective and economical but we are open to other suggestions. Some of the hill is quite steep. We live in dairy flat about 5 km down horseshoe bush road. Viewing essential to quote. About 40% has been cut down already by another company.
