Property tidy up

Hi, the job is made up of several smaller type jobs. There are 2 climbing roses to be removed - one of which is entwined in a lattice type fence. Weeding 4 smallish garden areas, Cutting deadwood from a 3rd rose Fertilising smallish beds planted with camelias, azaleas and gardenias Trimming hedges My garden bin is nearly full at the moment, I realise that there will be a charge for green waste disposal. There is also a gate that needs a part nailed back and some slats that need to be nailed back onto a fence. These jobs are not a priority at the moment though. The property is flat and is on a 1/2 site. Thanks for looking.
