Im looking for someone to come and clear up all the weeds and trim back the shrubs and trees. Initial job is a clean and tidy up for end of summer season, but will also need to arrange ongoing periodic maintenance. Photos give an idea but don't cover the whole job. You would need to come out and look to provide a quote.
